Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales made are final, and I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
I WILL issue a refund if;
- The pin/product ordered is severely damaged in transit.
I can either refund you or send you a new product. Whichever one fits and resolves the situation the best! :)
- A preorder pin does not get funded.
I CAN'T issue a refund if;
- The item is lost in transit.
Shipping and anything that happens during transit is completely out of my control.
- An order is taking a long time to be delivered.
Please keep in mind that this is completely out of control. Shipping times, specifically and especially
during COVID, is something that I can't predict.
- There are small flaws/the pin is not identical to its design.
I show all photos sent by my manufacturer, and let you all know of any changes/issues that arise.
- You have accidentally bought the wrong item and have only realized when the order is in your possession. (It has been sent and delivered to you).
If this is the case and it is a large issue for you, please send me an email, I will see if something can be
done! :)
- A preorder product is taking a ling time to be produced.
By purchasing a preorder product, you are understanding and agreeing to the fact that this, like shipping
times, is out of my control. Every time I receive an update about preorders, I give you all the update right
away as well.
- Overspending.
- Buyers remorse.
Meaning you regret making the purchase!
Customs
- I am not responsible for any custom fees, import fees, or any other tax or fee that may arise during transit.
Reselling
- Do not resell my products for higher than what you originally paid for them.
- Do not resell a product within 30 days of being in possession of it.
Combining Orders
If you ever want to combine orders, please either message me on Instagram, ( @seoulpins ), or email me at, [email protected] , and I will refund the extra cost of shipping you have paid, and combine your order for you! :)

When will my order ship?
- I try to ship all INSTOCK orders within 2-4 days of your purchase! Preorders are shipped 2-4 days after I receive the pins and have graded them.
If there is something keeping me from shipping them out, I will reach out to you right away!
- Shipping times for preorder pins is something I can't predict. When I get the preorder pins sent to me from my manufacturer, I package and send ALL preorders as soon and as quickly possible.
Where is my order?
- Due to COVID, the delivery time for your order to get to you is something that I can't give you a 100% answer for. Mail in general has been taking a lot longer than normal to get to its home, so please be patient! It may not be lost!
I think my order is lost, what do I do?
- Please contact me through any of these platforms; I will reply as soon as I can, and will help find a solution!
How do I combine my orders/shipping?
- Simply leave a note in your purchase saying you want to combine orders, or send me an email, and I will refund you the extra shipping you've paid!! :)

GRADING SYSTEM

What are grades?
- Grades are used to separate the pins from the best of the batch from ones that have minor flaws. Not all pins are made perfectly during manufacturing, so grading helps ensure that you buyers get the pins at the quality you want!

A GRADE:
~ No/some extremely minor flaws.
~ Best quality pins!
~ If there are any flaws, they are only noticeable with close inspection.
B GRADE:
~ Great quality pins.
~ Have some more noticeable flaws than an A grade.
~ For the most part, these flaws are not noticeable when looking from a bit of a distance.
Such as; disfigured metal, slightly unfilled enamel, etc.
~ Priced cheaper than an A grade.
C GRADE:
~ Noticeable flaws that affect the look of the pin.
~ These flaws include;
Missing screen printing, large scratches, spilled enamel, missing enamel, etc.
~ Cheaper than a B grade.
